How long does the hair last?    
  • With proper care, following our hair care tips hair can last 3+ years.
Where are you based? 
  • Atlanta, Ga
How can I track my order? 
  • After receiving an order confirmation email, shipping activity will become available within 24-48 hours. Once label is created, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive in your inbox. Tracking will also be available through Shop Pay.
Why are Luxe 3 Thirteen hair sales final & non-fundable or exchangeable? 
  • We take health and public safety seriously and DO NOT allow opened items to be returned for the safety of our clients. We guarantee all our products are shipped out in the best condition, without any need for returns or exchanges.  Please be sure to select the correct lengths prior to completing the purchase. 
What if my order is defective?
  • Our top priority is to provide you with the best customer service, we will try our best to work on any issues. If the product is defective, please send a picture along with a detailed email description to luxe3thirteen@gmail.com. We will gladly help resolve the issue with reasonable resolution.
When will my order ship?
  • Shipping takes 3-4 business days for all orders, once the order has been processed. It will be shipped based on the method that you choose during checkout.

What is your processing time?
  • Please allow up to 5-10 business days for processing on all textured hair e.g. deep wave, loose wave, water wave, kinky curly. Processing time for standard straight and body wave is the normal 2-3 days. Please keep in mind, the processing and shipping times are different. 
Is processing time included with shipping time?
  • No, processing time is not the shipping time frame. Processing time is the time in which it takes us to process your order. Shipping time is the timeframe it takes for you to receive your order.
How many bundles are recommended?
  • Bundle amount is based off ones preference and desired look, listed below are recommendations NOT mandatory:
    2 bundles of hair for lengths 12”-18”
    3 bundles for lengths 20" or longer
    4 bundles for lengths 24" or longer
    Each bundle weighs 3.5-4 ounces (depending on hair length/type)
    Depending on hairstyle recommendations:
    PONYTAIL STYLES: 1-2 BUNDLES 
    HALF-UP HALF DOWN STYLES: 3 BUNDLES
    PARTIAL MICROLINKS: 2 BUNDLES
    FULL HEAD MICROLINKS: 3 BUNDLES
    FULL SEW-IN: 3-4 BUNDLES
    PARTIAL SEWIN: 2-3 BUNDLES.
    FRONTAL/CLOSURE SEWIN: 3-4 bundles for lengths up to 26 inches 4-5 bundles lengths up to 30 inches 5 and up for lengths 30inches or greater
    CUSTOM WIG: 3-5 BUNDLES + FRONTAL/CLOSURE

Can the hair be dyed?
  • Yes, you can color our hair. Our Hair is 100% Human hair that has never been chemically treated and it can therefore handle the coloring process extremely well. However, once you color or process virgin hair, it will no longer be considered “virgin”. We recommend consulting a professional if you wish to color your new hair. Luxe 3 Thirteen is not responsible for over processed hair.
Are wigs one-size fits all?
  • All wigs are average size, which is Medium (22”- 23”) and can be adjusted with an elastic band (not included). If custom size is needed please refer to our “contact us” page for custom ordering (please be advise shipping and processing time may be longer
How long does Luxe 3 Thirteen hair last?
  • With proper care and maintenance our hair is guaranteed to last through multiple installments. Our customers generally use their hair for up to 3 years or more.
Daily Hair Maintenance
  • Wash the hair once every 1-2 weeks gently with a moisturizing sulfate free shampoo in a downward motion with your palms, do not scrub or bunch the hair together.
  • Deep condition throughout the hair & rinse with Luke warm - cold water.
  • ALWAYS USE LUKE WARM - COLD WATER
  • Air dry the hair if possible to keep natural texture. If blow dryer is needed please dry on cool setting.
  • Braid curly and/or deep wavy textures or use flexi-rods before bed to avoid tangling.
  • Use a leave in conditioner/water mix or curling cream to help keep your curls/waves moisturized.
  • Using a weave brush, comb through the hair in the mornings and in the evening.
  • Apply a light amount of hair oil.
  • Wrap your hair nightly with a satin bonnet or silk scarf (doing this helps lock in moisture and eliminate unnecessary shedding and tangling).
Can I make changes to my order? 
  • To ensure a quick delivery, all orders are processed daily, so orders cannot be altered or changed once your payment is complete. NO EXCEPTIONS
Can my order be picked up in person? 
  • Unfortunately, we do not offer in person pickup for online orders. All online orders are processed online & have a processing time of 2-3 days.
